Terms of Service

These terms explain the scope of VPNUQ’s international network acceleration subscription service and your rights and responsibilities when activating and using it. Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service. By using the service, you agree to these terms for the relevant features. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and request a refund as described below.
Service Scope
VPNUQ provides a subscription service for network acceleration when accessing international websites and services. Available routes, connection methods, and client access points are listed on the service pages and in the user panel. The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. System permissions, network conditions, and app behavior may affect connection results on each platform.
The subscription provides network connectivity only. It does not include memberships, paid content, or account services for any destination website or app. The relevant provider determines where its service is available, what content it offers, and the rules for access. VPNUQ does not accept those third-party terms on your behalf. You are responsible for deciding whether the service is suitable for your location and intended use.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; you only need a username and password. Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for subscription activity on your account. The subscription allows unlimited simultaneous device connections across compatible devices you use. This does not permit reselling the subscription, publicly distributing connection details, or sharing account credentials for others to use.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages do not expire and remain available until used. See the Plans page for current plan details and prices. Check your selection and payment details before placing an order. If you suspect your account credentials have been exposed, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.
Compliant Use
You must follow the laws and regulations that apply where you are, as well as the usage rules of the services you access. Do not use VPNUQ for illegal purposes or use your subscription to commit fraud, violate others’ rights, access systems without authorization, or disrupt the normal operation of networks or services. You are responsible for the content you transmit, obtain, or publish.
If VPNUQ identifies use that violates these terms, it may take necessary action, including asking you to stop the activity, restricting affected access, or handling the account as described below. Any action will take the circumstances and applicable legal requirements into account. Normal use across multiple devices will not be treated as a violation.
Service Availability and Liability
International connections may be affected by your local network, device settings, route conditions, and changes to destination services. VPNUQ maintains available routes and service access points but does not guarantee a fixed speed on any route at every location or at all times. Nor does it guarantee continuous access to any specific third-party website or app.
If routes need to be changed or some features paused for maintenance, troubleshooting, or external network changes, VPNUQ will provide information through on-site channels where practicable. You can switch routes and check your device settings. If you still cannot connect, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Account Termination and Terms Changes
You may stop using the service at any time. If you resell a subscription, publicly distribute connection details, let others share your account, or use the service for illegal activities or other conduct that violates these terms, VPNUQ may restrict or terminate the service for the relevant account, as appropriate. Any action will take into account the nature of the conduct, its impact on the service, and applicable law. Refund requests already made will be assessed under the refund terms.
VPNUQ may revise these terms if the service scope, usage rules, or applicable laws change. The updated text will be published on this page with the month of revision indicated. Where a change materially affects your rights, VPNUQ will make reasonable efforts to notify you through on-site channels. You can review the updated terms here and submit a support ticket through the user panel if you have questions.
Refund Policy
Request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Submit your request through the support ticket option in the user panel and identify the order so the payment can be verified and processed. This policy applies to requests that meet the first-payment condition above. Simply stopping use of the service does not submit a refund request.
If you have questions about a subscription, order status, or refund, check your records in the user panel first, then submit a support ticket. VPNUQ will review your request based on the payment records and these terms. Processing times may vary by payment channel. These terms do not limit any other rights you may have under applicable law.
